Some mp3 not playing for VX8100

I am having a problem with my vx8100 playing mp3s. I have a 2g memory card and have 180 songs on it and only 100 are showing and playing on the phone. I was wondering if anyone had the same prob. or knows what to do to fix it. Thanks, Joe

First, your phone won't support the 2GB card, the max your phone will support is 1GB.

As for the 80 or so missing songs, you will need to check their filenames, because they are probably too long and therefore not recognized by the phone's operating system. Simply shorten the filename and it fixes your problem.

oh really?....i did not know that....so how many songs can i put on?....and i just figured out the too many text thing just today....but thanks......thanks for the info....
