can you xfer outlook contacts to vx8300 via a card reader?

I know that you can use Bitpim to transfer Outlook contacts to the vx8300 with a data cable. I have a card reader already and would like to avoid buying a data cable. So can you transfer outlook contact info to the vx8300 via the a card reader? If so, how?

No. There would be no way to copy them your file system. The only file types that you phone can read from a memory card are FLIX, PIX, Sounds and Music. Only PDA/Smartphones could possibly do what you are looking to do.

eh, you could import contacts into bitpim from excel and then into your phone if you put them in the right format. not exactly sure what that format is. I did something similar to back up my contacts in my phone.
