VX9800 DownLoader?

I turned off my phone yesterday, and when I turned it back on, a black screen with the words "VX9800 DownLoader" came up. I have no idea what this is, and I do not know how to get rid of it.. I took my battery out for several minutes, tried to charge the phone [which it did not respond to..] and even tried switching batteries with my sister, who has the same phone. It is still stuck on this screen.. It periodically shuts off, and when I turn it back on, it goes straight to that screen.. I don't know what to do; please help!

P.S. - I have the LG VX9800.

IT doesn't respond to anything? Weird. Take it to verizon if you haven't already.
