My husband bought me an AX8600 back in May. I've gone thru 6 phones since then; 2 green, 2 silver, and now 2 red.

I was having the same 3 problems with all of them. Thru the course of these phones, alltel has tried everything from the "0000" combination to installing new hardware, to sending me a refurb.

My current phone is only having problems with the battery (it's a brand new phone, not the refurb). It lasted 15 minutes (as compared to 30 sec - 2 min previously) before powering down. However, according to alltel, because this phone is still current, I cannot switch for an "equivalent" model. So my question is...

Is this normal? Do all LG phones have an aweful 'low battery alert'? My previous Motorolas beeped for hours, so although 15 minutes is better, it still seems ridiculous to me. Has anyone else had these kind of problems?

    TIA!

If you have charging issues, with 3-6 phones, I would look at the power source. Try changing these items:
    Charger
    Charger location (work vs home)
    Try car charger
    Charge with phone off overnight.
