Several times in the past week, when I'm using my EnV, it just shuts down and then turns back on. If I"m in the middle of something I have to start over. Any ideas what is going on? | ||||||

Sounds like you may have some type of software issues and if you still have a warranty, I would take it back for an exchange or have it looked at to be fixed. How long have you havd this phone???  | |||||||

Yeah, I'd definitely look into returning that phone. As a matter of fact, I knew someone who was complaining about their EnV, and Verizon let them exchange it and pay the difference for the Voyager. Only 100 bucks. Try it.
