need help with my new lg shine phone!

i got my new phone yesterday and i m trying to get pictures from the phone that i took.i installed the software that came with it.when i connect my phone and go to my computer, there is a removable disk.so when i click on it all there is, is a music folder, games and application folder and 2 bin files.how do i get the pictures or videos from the phone in to my computer since i cant see them.i also have another question, i i m try to add pictures into my phone for my background but do no what size it should be?thanks for the help!!

I would get bitpim...it's a free program that will let you move song's, ringtones, wallpaper's, pictures, etc from your phone to your computer and from your computer to your phone.

As for the size of your screen, I was told it was 320x240.
