i just bought a RB LG VX8500 Chocolate Bluetooth Cell phone from verizon and i was wondering since its Technology is CDMA could it be actived by cricket and how much would it cost Last edited by datdude19; 01-25-2008 at 09:00 PM. | ||||||

Yes you can! I cant speek to the cost of the activation, but all you have to do it take to any compitant tech that cricket has and activate it. They wont be able to use the 'over the air' programming method, but a manual programming should work. You do have to flash the roaming list with one from cricket first BTW

I have a similar problem... both my daughters bought this phone on e-bay (unlocked for Cricket) but one works with everything Cricket offers (text, picture & video messages) but the other one won't. We bought them from different sellers and I've gone back to the one who flashed it part way and we really don't have a fix for the problem. Do you or anyone else know how to re-flash and not spend $80 to $100 for it? Thanks... BTW, Cricket won't touch the phone, we've asked. | ||||||
