Phone Management software

I live in Spain (though from England) and just bought a LG KU 380 phone on the vodafone network. I was surprised to find no software to allow me to manage the phone with regard to Contacts, Ringtone, loading mp3´s etc. I looked on the LG website and it seems this model doesn´t exist as there is no mention of it in any searches.

All the documentation with the phone is is Spanish and though I can read Spanish I can´t find any mention of management software-

I downloaaded something called Bit Pim and enabled bluetooth on the PC and phone and though they seemed "paired" OK the software didn´t find the phone.

Does anyone know if there is any software out there to manage these phones
