How to upload ringtones for VX8350

I just recieved the data cable and a mega cd with wallpapers and ringtones. I am trying to get the ringtones on to my phone but i have not been able to do so..

I downloaded the VCAST music manager, and BitPim...neither will work...

Will someone please steer me in the right direction...I am so confused on how to do this...
