Lg225

I have a tracfone LG225 with a data cable I just bought for it. It came with a CD of drivers which I installed. Despite this Windows only installs it as a "unknown device".

So I tryed to use 225 drivers i found on the net these drivers. But windows says none of these are for the phone. Any ideas?

Advice? Don't use the 225. It has known "heating" issues, among other things. When it was the "thing" a while back, I saw a lot of customers with second degree burns on their ears from the phone suddenly turning into a small block of heat. The phone is just doesn't work right all around.

Ah, what a totally irrelevant answer. If my phone starts my head on fire I'll be sure to sue LG for damages.
But until that happens, does anyone know how to connect this thing to a computer?

My point, although not well received, is that the phone is worthless and should not be used. It is unlikely that you will be able to "make" the software work, and will most likely end up needing a replacement unit. That replacement unit may or may not work.
