first time poster - cell phone help needed

Hi everyone. I am a first time poster. I live in Canada. I have an LG 150 phone and my service provider is Virgin Mobile.

I am currently on a pre-paid system but I am thinking about a monthly plan soon.

Here is what I need help with. Whenever I go to my account from the phone, I get a screen that shows my balance, another screen for adding money to the phone( for downloads etc)

when I get to my locker ( that is where I can see what downloads and screensavers I can reload) and I click on "my locker " and nothing happens the icons are still along the to pof the screen ( signal strength, battery level etc... but the screen is blank except for the background which is white.

On the bottom right of the screen it says " menu" I click on there and nothing happens. I used to get a message that said" If you have already downloaded a pic, tone or game, it is free to do it again" I don't get that message anymore.

Is there a way to get it back? I think it could be a settings problem

you should go near by outlet because may be you puted any lock code. It hapened with me also.

Vijay, I contacted customer service this morning ( Monday) and they gave me a code to try and it didn't work.

What I think happens is that whenever I download a ringtone or screensaver or whatever the case may be, it goes straight to " my stuff" ( which is where the downloaded items go ) so that might explain the blank screen. I hope this is the answer.

I wonder if I reset the phone to the factory settings, would I lose everything that I have stored? Contact phone numbers etc...
