I have had a lg vx8300 for almost 2 yrs. For past month or so I have had many problems, shuts down by itself after sending text msgs, no longer recieves pics msgs, frequently freezes to where I have to remove the battery and restart it. I took it to verizon a couple of weeks ago and they had it for about 45 min to an hour doing I have no idea. When I got it back I was told it should be better but its not. Phone continued with same problems. I figured I woould just deal with it since I renew in 3-4months, but. 2 days ago it froze like normal and when i tried to turn it back on it stopped at the verizon wireless screen and did nothing else. took it back to verizon and was given new phone but told they could not retrieve my contacts. Ive talked to verizon tech support and lg tech support both of whom basically told me its the others problem and nothing they are gonna do. the verizon store said they would hold the phone for 1 day and then send it to lg who will reset the phone losing all my info. The contacts on that phone are very important to me is there anyone who can help me get them before there gone for good. sorry for the long post just want to get all the info necessary out their . Any information would be greatly appreciated. thank you
