Using MicroSD card w/ LG VX8350

I just purchased an LG VX-8350 Saturday. I noticed that that you could use a microSD card with this phone, which made me happy. Through this forum, I learned how you could transport ringtones from your PC to your phone, but I didn't see anywhere showing how you can take pics from your PC to your phone w/ the microSD card. If anyone knows how to do this, your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

how do you remove the sim card from this phone? I'm trying to unlock it and want to remove the card. I don't seem to see how to do it
