LG VX8700, BitPim, and Outlook

Hello. I have been messing around with using my LG VX8700, BitPim, and Outlook to keep my contacts list updated. I have everything working, but I noticed sometimes the category doesn't reflect in the cell phone on some contacts. I also noticed that about 5 other contacts wouldn't transfer into my phone because of some error. Any idea what this stuff is?
