need new phone or old one fixed

dose anybody know where i can fine a cheap lg envy or where to get one repaired. my boy jukped into the pool with his in his pocket we dried and it worked for a little while now it will not charge. it has to work with verizon.

I've bought several off of Ebay with no problems.
