LG240 memory problem

hi... i jus installed some games on my phone a few days ago but i had a virus on my computer so i couldn't "safely remove" my device...... now after i have deleted those games it says that my memory is full........ this often happens wid pen drives.... now what should i do?? can someone please help me.....
