hi i recently purchased a verizon envy2 along with the micro SD card. I have looked the card up and it seems compatible with my phone. when i insert it, it clicks in fine but their is no response. the phone does not pick it up. If anyone knows what the problem is i would appreciate the help. thank you. | ||||||

You can format the card from the phone itself also. Turn the phone off, and insert your card.Turn it on and Hit Menu - tools&settings - #9. Memory - #3. Card memory. see if you have the "select options" on the right soft key. If so, select it, and choose the option to format the card. | |||||||
