LG VX9400 Music Help

I just bought an LG VX-9400, the TV phone from Verizon. I got an SD card with a miniSD card adapter, and a miniSD. I know how to put music on it, but when I go to play it on the phone, it says
"
File Can Not Be Played"

The format of the file is Mp3. Am I doing something wrong??

Please let me know ASAP. Thank You.

you may be trying to play it in the wrong spot in the phones menu, on my rumor if i go to the memory card i cant play music just videos, but if i go to my media player then i can play mp3's. If that isnt it then id say you have the files in the wrong folder on your memory card or something is wrong with your file format...

yeah, I play it in the right spot, it just asys it can't be played. I don't know where else I could play it besides in my music.

The problem is, or so I have heard and read on other websites, that the LG VX-9400 will only play Verizon Vcast music. If that is so, then they have their own encryption for the files that you could probably duplicate if you found out what kind of encryption they use. Probably some kind of Protected AAC file or something like iTunes uses.
