error when trying to play music off of sd card

i just bought the sd card for my cell phone. i grabbed and dropped several mp3s off of the computer onto the card. when card is in the cell phone LG AX380, it shows the mp3s but when i try to play them it gives me an error message. need help.

This seems to be a common thing that happens to people with various phones, ive never had it happen so its hard to say but id have to say its not in the right folder on the card. End result something wasnt done right, phones are kind of picky sometimes my rumor is the same way specific folders for specific files... or you arent playing it in the right spot in the menus of the phone. anyway i hope something out of this helps you in the search for figuring it out.

format the card from the phones menu first then the proper folders will be created if you put the mp3 in the right folder i dont see how it doesnt work.

YES, I found the prob. I found that some of my files were not saved as MP3's. I resaved them as a MP3 and they are working fine.
