LG Scoop Alltel help

I trying to use ventones to get some ringtones on my phone. I used ventones and was successful on putting two ringtones on my phone. But now when I make a ring tone, and go to my acxess web and type in the url for the ringtone. It goes to the page and when I choose save I get this message "Error: Cannot save object size exceeds max cache configured. Could someone please help me and point me to the right direction on this. Its driving me crazy.

Hi I am a newbie here but I JUST got the scoop and could download ringtones from myxer.com legally. the lg will accept the ringtones and the wallpapers. I tried to download a game even tho it said my phone was not supported and I messed up my phone. to get the ringtone you can text to your phone and follow the link onto the web and download save t media and set it as ringtone. also you can rename the song as it comes down as anon. the format that workedfor me was mp3.
I am trying to find a way to get games onto my phone without spending 6.99 a game
