Problem with Venus freezing up.

So this is the second time this has happened. the first time i got a replacement. i text alot and when i go to put a space between words the phone completely freezes and only restarts when the battery is removed. anyone else having this problem?

I had this and more happen to mine. After 6 new phones thay let me swap it for another phone worth $200.

The voyager was on sale for $200, so i got it. Then the dare came out for $200 and it hadnt been 30 days yet so i swapped for it. LOVE IT!

that doesnt sound good. i have a venus and i've heard about the problem where you press one of the on-screen keys, and sometimes it gives feedback (meaning the phone recognized the button press) but nothing happens. a bit annoying but i can deal with it, i guess. but freezing... hope that doesnt happen to me.

my venus keeps freezing up. I have had it since august and have taken the same phone in four times. It used to lock up so badly that the only way to get it to unlock was taking out the battery. they erase my memory and put everything on a card and it is still doing it about once a day. Went in last night the guy transfered pictures and did a *228 and said come back if it does it again. well half hour later it froze up went back another guy looked at it, was so so kind and erased all my texts and said that would fix it. well it froze again today, usually when texting, and took it in the lady said that she needs to physically see it freeze. i was so incredibly mad because they wouldnt give me a new phone. i want a different one period because so many of my friends have the problem but they wont even give me a new venus. so i sat in verizon for ten minutes trying to get it to freeze well it doesnt freeze on command!!! and the lady kept sayin she needed to see it. so i let extremely mad!! and the best part is after having this phone since august none of the problem were on the data base!! not even me having this phone was! so i am mad and dont know what else to do
