Issues with text messages.

I have a LG ux355. Never had a problem with it. The girlfriend just went back to school and picked up a Samsung (unknown model). We can call each other just fine and send pictures messages but when it comes to texting she is unable to receive any of mine. Just wondering what might be causing this.

Check the service plan, the same thing happen to me on thursday, all of a sudden i couldn't send or receive text messages and photo messages on my DARE. After trouble shooting with a verizon tech, my plan was reviewed and a block was put on the phone accidently which prevented me from sending or receiving messages. Just a thought.

I called my service provider. They said it was her provider so I'm sure hers would say it's mine. The block was a good idea but she gets texts from others as well as I can send them to others.
