kc550 memory help

hi there sorry for asking this but i cant seem to find a video i sent to the phone. ive looked everywhere and as the internal memory is small need to find it to send it to external mem, but seeing as i can find it and nothing else is being allowed to send to the phone i was wondering if i did a reset phone memory thing will it delete everything that put in there?
That sounds long winded i know but im at wits end. i dont know what to do ive a kc550 ive 2 options reset all or reset phone memory but if it doesnt delete stuff ive put in what can i do please.

you can go through and delete stuff individually. You should be able to go in and individually delete music, messages, photos, etc. until you the memory you need.

Have you tried downloading any of it to your pc?

yes i did try but for some reason the software on the disk doesnt load it all so am unable to transfer stuff unless i go via memory card, for some reason i cant install whole disc.
