I have searched here and came up with nothing!

Want to separate my ...contacts/phone numbers... into folders. Cannot figure out how.

This phone seems to have some quirky software. Is this normal for most cell phones? I LOVE the phone although so many things are not at all intuitive.

Ok .... I'm 60 years old and maybe just too dense.
