I had it for about four or five months and one day I was talking on it and it just suddenly clicked off. I thought the person I was talking to had hung up on me but I looked at my phone and it only showed a white screen. It would not turn off so I had to take the battery out. I put it back in and turned it back on and it only shows a blank white screen. I never hit it or anything, it just stopped. I've been trying to fix it for a long time now and I've had no luck at all. It's still doing the same thing. Should I just give up hope or keep trying to fix it? Any suggestions?
