Wi-Fi (Internet/Web Profile?) LG Renoir (KC910)

Brand new LG Renoir (KC910)
I connect with Wi-Fi, connect to youtube, search then click a video and then it wont let me watch the video, instead tells me there is no internet profile existing.

Next... I go into my phone>>connectivity>>internet profiles>>add profile and it lists the following boxes to be filled in.

Service name:
Use Proxy (On or Off):
IP address:
Proxey server port:
Access point: (Options blank, asks to close)

Theres one defualt profile named "Wi-Fi"
Service name: Wi-Fi
Use proxy: Off
Access point: Wi-Fi

My Issues:
Is Wi-Fi free to use with my wireless internet service?

I'm not sure how to fill out the above fields for the appropriate "internet profile" to watch youtube videos at home.

I contact LG about my WiFi not able to surf the net.
This is their replied."The issue that your mobile may be having with your modem is that your modem may have certain security or restrictions on it, McDonalds Wifi has no restrictions as it is a free service."
It is connecting to WiFi but it just can't surf the net. You will also notice the google map is working meaning is downloading stuff.
Can anyone help here?

First : this method had been tried on my phone and other phone and succeeded 100%
my renoir is opened ...

try to follow all steps carefully with key sensitive and names

go to Settings

connectivity

Access Point

add profile >> Connection title is Wi-F ,, APN is Wi-Fi
after saving rename the connection title to be Wi-Fi
because it will not save from the first time

then go to Internet profile

add profile >> service name is Wi-Fi
use proxy >> off
access point will be already Wi-Fi

Save now ... mission completed

but tu make sure >>> go to Streaming settings >> internet profile will be Wi-Fi

now try open youtube
[ in case u still have a problem, go to streaming settings in connectivity->streaming settings..
the udp port should be 6970 to 32000 ( just in case if u have changed it before)
