Hello, thanks in advance for any advice.
I have been loading mp3s onto my SD chip (after formatting via the phone menu), then installing the chip into the phone and initializing the library. There are always a few mp3's (10 or 20) that don't get recognized by the phone, as well as some filenames that appear with a question mark as the first character of the filename. Those won't play either.
I have tried shortening the song titles to under 40 characters. I have gone through the ID3 tags to make sure the information matches the filename on the song - no results. Not sure what else to try, has anyone else run into this problem?
Thanks again.

I know this is old, but have you found the answer to your question? I have the same deal with another LG Model and has been driving me crazy.
