Ok. I have stated in an earlier post on here that a friend of mine has a LG Rumor through Sprint. We have tried sending mp3 ringtones to his phone and no luck. Next we converted the mp3 files to a AAC file and sent that to the phone. It opened and played on the phone, but was unable to set as a ringtone. Next we converted the mp3 to a mpeg-4 & then a 3g2 file. Then sent it via a data cable. It was on the card but was unable to save as a ringtone again. We have also tried Bitpim & qcp files. Didn't work either. Is there any possible way to get ringtones to work on the LG Rumor? I am beginning to think Sprint is controlling people from making their own ringtones.
