LG Glimmer Problems

Problem One:

Touch screen has issues for me. The "clicking" is off. It just randomly will not click on things, or it will click completely away from where I touch. I have tried calibrating the screen many times and still no results. It does not do it all the time, just every once in a while. Has anyone else had problems? Is there a way I can fix it?

Problem Two:
It gets EXTREMELY hot on the back side of the phone when charging. Do I need to worry about this?

Problem Three:

I recently heard about the ringtone and wallpaper program "ToneThis." I downloaded the software but can not find the LG Glimmer anywhere on it. Has anyone else tried this and found a way to make it work?
