I have a Samsung Renown and bought this phone for the global features...I have friends in Italy that I text...I can send text and they receive but I never receive their replies...I have called Verizon and they say all is fine and I have had my friends call Vodafone (their service) and they are told all is fine....does anyone else have this problem? I am at the point where I am willing to change services if there is one out there that works!!!!! Help!!!
