I dropped my phone in the tub, quickly picked it up and dried it off for a few days. It now powers up to a screen that says "use genuine battery". I brought it to the Verizon Store and they said they tried a new battery but it did not get past the message screen and they could not retrieve my contacts or message/pictures. Any one else have this problem and has anyone been able to sucessfully retrieve their info and data??
