This is the link I used to download the LG 11000 drivers I used to get BitPim to work with ringtones ONLY for the Touch .. do not attempt to use BitPim for anything else (if that's what you are trying to do). Some folks have had bad results with "contacts":

vzamredesign.smithmicro.net/v..._Ver_4.8.1.exe

I found this link through the Verizon Site .. hope this helps.
