LG GT360, problem with IP

I'm having a problem with my IP address.
AT&T uses a text IP address, while this phone only accepts numerals.
The fn key will not adjust to text when attempting to add an IP address. If anyone could please help that would be appreciated

Simple answer is you don't. They disable the Fn key when typing in the phone number. Almost every phone out there sends texts on a phone number (123456789) system.
What ever it is you are trying to do won't work.
