pink LG Venus phone

I have a pink LG Venus phone, And I'm sick of charges for web browsings, that I'm not doing, company says they can't block the web browsing, and basically says I'm lying and surfing the web. How do I disable web browsing from my cell phone itself, I talk I text but nothing else...Any help wouold be great

You can delete the internet profile from the Settings & Tools. Might just be easier to take the phone into a Verizon store and have ask one of their associates to delete the internet profile from your phone (they will need to actually change something on your phone itself.)

That's the best way to do it.
