Ok i have an Alltel Delve. Im tired of its a piece of crap and im ready to get rid of it! But since Alltel is no longer i have to switch to Verizon. My dad is the one that pays the bill. So my question is...Does it cost to switch over from Alltel to Verizon just so i can get a new phone?
