Italy is getting another LG handset called the LG Velvet, once named the Cookie Plus GS500. The LG Velvet will come with a native Facebook client and users will also be able to connect to Twitter.
Features of the LG Velvet are: a 3 inch WQVGA touchscreen display, Flash UI, accelerometer, HSDPA (3.6 Mbps), Bluetooth, 3.5mm headset jack, stereo FM radio with RDS, music player, Muvee Studio, web browser, 3MP camera, 50MB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support (up to 8GB).
Italy should already be seeing this phone available for a price of €179 free of contract, through TIM. The color options are Black Matt and Imperial Purple.
