Yes, yes you can; however, they you will most likely be unable to get a subpoena for something like that.
They generally need probably cause (i.e. she is threatening to attack the U.S.)...but not for wanting to be concerned with what your daughter is doing.
Usually, a subpoena is redeemed by a law enforcement agency (i.e. police department or FBI) because they have a suspicion about something and want to take legal action.
