Transferring Ringtones between 2 LG Phones

When I was a Verizon customer, I had a LG VX8610 (Decoy). It has a ringtone on it that I want to put on my US Cellular UX 280 phone.
The LG VX8610, naturally, is not in service anymore.

I am not very savvy on all the tricks, etc that can be done with cell phones, so I guess you can call me a newbie as far as they go.

Neither phone has had bluetooth used on them, and like I said, I don't have a clue how that works either.

So, I am in need of help to get this done, hopefully.
