hi,
please could some one help

i have this lg ks20 windows phone, the original program was in Portuguese and from my understanding the windows was attempted to be reset into english, but while the transfer was being made on to the phone something happened and the transfer was not complete and now the phone is stuck on the lg home (power screen)
is there any way i can undo this transfer or even get this phone to unfreeze just to see what the problem is/was.

any ideas will be very welcomed
