I have a LG Xenon GR500. When I connect the phone to the laptop with a USB cable it will only show what is on the memory card, not the phone memory. It will not playback any pictures or videos saved to the memory card, even if they were only copied to the memory card from the phone memory. Is there anyway to get the memory card to store files that can be viewed / used?

Since the USB wouldn't see the phone memory I tried to send the videos with the bluetooth. Everything worked except the audio! I did have a couple of videos that would play on the phone and would not play at all on the computer. I have no idea what the problem is with this phone!!

I transferred one of the videos to another phone with the bluetooth function and it worked perfectly.

Is there any way I can get the videos to my computer with the audio? These are very important videos.
