LG GT 505 on screen password

Hi,

I am new to this forum & about this HP Technology.
Primary use of HP is to sms & make phone calls.

I just got my 1st touch screen LG GT 505 from Singtel(Singapore), I keep having the problem of calling people unexpectedly when my phone is in my jeans pocket.
As the screen is unlock by pressing & holding down then touch screen.

I wonder if it is possible to have a password lock, like an iPhone before it unlocks the screen.
I not sure if is it even possible, just wondering.

I have checked the Internet & have found nothing much but file encryption software which is not right.

I just need a password to unlock my screen so I will not accidentally make phone call unintentionally.

ank'io I have a GT505 and frankly I had the same problem, then xo I found a way to block the telefonotramite a password, and everything 'almost' semlice ... First you have to go to the main menu ', then head to the settings, and dopodike' go to skermata *.... * Phone come this far just to go to press it and sicuraezza * * phone lock, it is up to you to decide pioi, (if you have to put in your pocket you'll want to * immediately * if you want to be a poo 'thoughtful, you can enter before turning off * * if it is on the telephone at least this way if qualkuno picks up the phone and tries to turn it discovers ke it takes the password and the phone without a password can not 'be turned on and accordingly and' useless to check out ... Go to the menu. Then go to Set recommended. Then go to the phone. Then go to security. Then go on phone lock. Then press it once and enter a password.
