Getting deleted texts and pictures

Hello, I really need help, i deleted some texts and pictures I really wanted to keep but now there gone? is there anyway you could help me get it back with this kind of phone?? please! I will be grateful forever!

What kind of phone? You don't say.

The texts are probably gone forever, those tend to be stored in the phone's memory and tools can't reach into that. But, if you stored the pictures on a memory card you might be able to use a free undelete program like Glary (Glary Undelete)
