Lg Shine (CU720) screen

My screen blacked out about a month ago and AT&T and Lg companies refuse to help me out So, I want to see if there is any way I can get my phone to running again. I have some files that I recorded on the phone using the recorder on the phone. I would like to transfer those recordings onto the SD card. Once I do that, I can discard the phone and work with my music. I recorded a bunch of songs I played on the piano, and now it looks like I'll never get to them again, b/c the screen crashed.
Just a little history of my phone: some of the buttons fell off. I dont know if I should try replacing the screen if that will help...Any help is much appreciated

more than likely there is something broken internally with the screen. You'll have to take it to a repair shop to get the screen repaired before you can transfer anything onto the sd card.
