LG enV3 by Verizon Problems!!!

So I have had the LG enV3 phone from Verizon for about three years now and just recently it has been starting to act weird. It will shut off at random moments, blink off and on weird like and wont work til the blinking turns off, and then while in the middle of a text message it will turn black and go back to the main menu. I have no clue what is going on or causing this and all i'd like to know is how to fix this.... Any Ideas?????

Software/firmware update

I and many others have the same problem. The previous model also had the same issues. Verizon in my opinion was selling this phone knowing it was defective! The people I know that sent this in to get fixed or repaired, still had the same problems.

This. it definatly seems like a firmware problem.

however it might be messed up settings so i would try a return to factory defaults if ya can.

Have fun proving that Verizon knowingly sold a defective product. Let us know how that works out.
