LG PC SUITE Contacts File As setting

Hi All,
I've a LG GT540 Android 2.1 and am using LG PC Suite to sync with Outlook Contacts.

In Outlook my (over 2,000) contacts are set to File As 'Last Name, First Name' which after all is the Western norm.

Every time I connect my phone and sync with it, it changes all my Outlook contacts to be File As 'First Name, Last Name'! even though PC Cuite is set to sync the PC to the Phone.

Does anyone know how I can stop this happening and keep my prefered File As settings before this heap of s**T goes out a window?
