    My phone is locked and I can't remember the pasword, is there a way to reset my phone? I have a Samsung Stratosphere that I currently use but I'm going to basic training soon and I want to go back to using my old LG, so I can lower my phone bill and also so I don't break my new phone. I certainly apreciate any help I can get

    You may have to bring the phone to Verizon so they can reset it for you, or you can try it yourself using LGNPST.
