How-To: Synchronize your Google Account with Your LG Viper 4G LTE.

1. From the Home screen press the "Menu" sensitive button on you device.
2. Tap "Settings".
3. Select "Accounts & Sync".
4. Press "Add account" and select "Google".
5. Press "Next" then tap "Sign in".
6. Type in your Google account username and password in the appropriate fields.
7. Press "Sign in".


How-To: Enable Auto-sync and Configure Google Account Sync Settings.

Enabling Auto-sync:

1. Press the "Menu" sensitive key on your device.
2. Tap "Settings" and press "Account & sync".
3. Checkmark the "Auto-sync" feature.

Configuring Auto-sync settings:

1. Press the "Menu" sensitive key on your device, go to "Settings" and tap "Account & sync".
2. Select the Google account to reveal the synchronization settings screen.
3. Select the type of data you want to be auto-synchronized.
4. Press the "Back" sensitive button on your device.


How-To: Send an Email via Gmail on Your LG Viper 4G LTE.

1. Tap the "Gmail" icon on the Home screen.
2. Press the "Menu" sensitive button on your device.
3. Select "Compose".
4. Type in the email address of your recipient.
5. If needed, press the "Menu" sensitive key and select "Add Cc/Bcc".
6. Tap the "Subject" field and type in the desired email subject.
7. Tap the compose field and start typing in your message.
8. To attach a file to your Email, press the "Menu" sensitive key, tap "Attach" and select the desired file.
9. Press the "Send" icon when ready, or alternatively press the "Save" icon to save the message as a draft in order to edit and send it later.

NOTE*: To erase the message including the saved drafts corresponding to the message, press the "Menu" sensitive button and tap "Discard".


How-To: Add an Email Signature and Change other Gmail Settings.

1. Tap the "Apps" icon on your Home screen.
2. Access "Gmail".
3. Press the "Menu" sensitive key on your device.
4. Tap "More", press "Settings".
5. Select "Signature".
6. Type in the desired signature.
7. Press "OK" to save the changes.

NOTE*: After following steps 1 through 4, you can access other Gmail settings such as:

General Settings:

- Priority Inbox: Sets your Priority Inbox as the default inbox for your account.
- Confirm Actions: When enabled, this feature will pop-up a dialogue box asking for confirmation when you wish to delete, send or archive an Email.
- Message text size: Allows you to set the text size in a message.

Notification settings:

- Email Notification: When this feature is enabled you will receive new email notifications in the Notification panel.
- Select Ringtone: Allows you to set a ringtone for the email notification.
- Vibrate: When enabled, the phone will vibrate when you'll receive a new email.
