    The pc no longer recognizes my phone when I plug in to the pc. Also i downloaded an app to my pc for my phone. I sent it to my phone before the pc quit recognizing it. Where would I find the app On the phone. I've looked everywhere.

    Do you get any kind of popup on your computer when connecting the phone? Are you using a different USB port then you have previously? Have you tried different USB ports?
