LG Revere: Transfer all from my old phone to my new Revere

I am looking for a way (cable or software) to transfer all of my old phone info (Contacts, Ringtones,
pictures) to my new Revere. The local Verizon place was able to transfer part of my contact list
but nothing else. Anyone have any ideas?

What is your old phone?

Something is really messed up. I have responded 2 times to this and neither of my posts show up here.
My old phone is an LG VX-5400.

I visited another Verizon dealer today. this dealer was able to transfer all of my ringtones and pictures / wallpapers. he said he wasn't sure why the other dealer couldn't do the job.
