I purchased this AT&T LG 930 new. My provider is Consumer Cellular. Transferred SIM card to new phone. After activation most everything works good but one...I cannot receive text messages with pictures. It tries to download but never comes up. Consumer Cellular sent me instructions to add a couple APNs but when I get to the right screen there is an AT&T APN which cannot be modified nor is there an option to add new APNs. So I need help. I've heard about locked phones to a provider but didn't think this was the case as everything else seems to be okay.

Any solutions will be greatly appreciated.
